Taloctl is a Shaman-designed digital singer for the vocal synth engine, UTAU.
Development started in 2013 around Trent creation, This synth was in constant work for a few years having to record over different reclists evolving in that time from CV to VCV. Taloctl also when through many redesigns until Halo finally brought our ideas together! 

 
This voicebank was thought over many times, but is finally released!
